Tier Pacts are special pacts, introduced for the first time on January 23, 2013 with the apparition of the second pact Legendary Familiar, Gathgoic the Other.
Tier Pacts are mostly associated with PvP Events, with the pacts either released on the day PvP starts or a few days prior. Following the the introduction of Wanted familiars on God of Steel, PvP Event 26, familiars introduced and featured are mostly familiars providing the point bonus.
The first pact Mythic Familiar, Zepar, Blood-Annointed was introduced on February 14, 2015 in Tier Pacts.

How To Play as of December 2015
Marks of Glory will be displayed as "Tier Pacts bonus" when you receive them from Tier Pacts. They will be placed in the wagon.
"Marks of Glory" are awarded as bonuses when you make purchases in Tier Pacts. "Marks of Glory" are also awarded as Challenge Battle rewards in the God of Steel event! You can use "Marks of Glory" to exchange for familiars with theme bonus for the current God of Steel event and other valuable items in the Hall of Glory!
