Glacial Tempest Pact are pacts, introduced for the first time on July 5, 2015.
Every tier rewards a varying number of 
Fire Torches. Each set of 10 Fire Torches can be used to enter the Glacier Cave.
How To Play[]
You only need to draw once from each Tier to advance to the next. Tier 7 repeats indefinitely.
Get Fire Torches and enter the Glacier Cave!
Fire Torches will be displayed as "Glacial Tempest Pact bonus" when you receive them. They will be placed in the wagon.
